This includes your email address via authentication and, most importantly, authentication tokens provided by third parties (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram) when you explicitly connect your social media accounts to our platform.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the AI Content Factory service. Social media access tokens are encrypted and used exclusively to publish content that you have created and scheduled within our interface. We do not access your private messages, delete your posts, or perform any actions without your direct command.
Third-Party API Integration
Our service integrates with the official APIs of X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. By connecting your accounts, you are also subject to the privacy policies of these third-party platforms. We encourage you to review their terms to understand how they handle your data on their respective networks.
Data Security & Retention
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. All API tokens are stored using AES-256 encryption. We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our services or until you choose to delete your account or disconnect your social integrations.
